About the Registration

All services related to registration and hotel booking, are handled by DIS Congress Service. Any questions and details about registration and booking can be directed to DIS Congress Service.

Hotel Accomodation

When registering online it is possible to book rooms at select hotels. Rooms are booked on a first-come first-served basis. The final confirmation of your room reservation will be forwarded to you by DIS Congress Service within 14 days after registration.

Please observe that only a limited number of rooms are available. If there is no availability at the time of registration, participants will be offered accomodation at simliar rates at nearby hotels as long as rooms are available.

Social Programme

A number of social and sightseeing events are included in the registration - the exhibition opening reception, a reception at Copenhagen City Hall and the COMS2009 Awards Dinner.

When registering it is also possible to sign up for the enjoyable COMS Golf Tournament 2009, and a number of interesting companion tours of the Øresund Region.
