Local Transportation
The Metro train from Copenhagen Airport offers you a direct train every 4-6 minutes to the city centre of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg and will take approximately 14 minutes. Please check www.m.dk for further information.
A taxi from Copenhagen Airport to the city centre is approximately DKK 250 (no extra charges for suitcases).
Also, the S-trains and buses can bring you to sites around the entire Copenhagen Region.
The City Bike and Copenhagen
The city bikes in Copenhagen are world famous. When you tour the city you notice, that especially tourists love riding the city bikes. Some even regard them as the major tourist attraction of Copenhagen!
Friday Night Skate
Friday Night Skate is a Copenhagen roller-skate event. On selected Friday evenings you are able to skate through Copenhagen in the middle of the street with a large group of people. The participants are protected from other road users, so you can enjoy safe and undisturbed skating in the middle of traffic. Friday Night Skate had in average 400 participants per event.
Everyone can participate, the event is free of charge and there is no signing up for participation.
