Dr. Kristin Alford is Managing Director of Bridge8Pty Ltd.
Her major professional areas of interest include foresight, industry development and science communications relating to the role of emerging technologies including nanotechnologies and clean technologies.
Past and present affiliations include board member of Australian Nano Business Forum (2009), board member of Australian Network for Art & Technology (2007 - current) and Marketing & Communications for Nanotechnology Victoria (2003 - 2008).
Dr. Alford received her PhD in mineral processing from University of Queensland. She also holds a MSc in management (strategic foresight) from Swinburne University.
